These users will be less likely to become frustrated and exit or have a negative association with the brand. Our team created a survey (28 responses), conducted five user interviews, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and heuristic evaluations.&nbsp; Persona After analyzing the user research data, we defined a user persona. Savannah is your typical Utah granola girl that wants to donate time and money to an organization she believes in. She is an outdoor enthusiast and wants to protect the lands she enjoys. Ideate We then sketched out a storyboard and user scenario to see how our persona would engage with the site. We then revised the information architecture of the site to streamline the process for donors and volunteers. We sorted through our quantitative and qualitative data to define user needs and then refine our user persona. &nbsp; User Journey Looking through the data again, we created an affinity diagram, user persona, and journey map. Defining our user and our user’s problem statement guided our next steps. Next we conducted 5 user interviews and a competitor analysis. Our main research finding was that users not being able to recycle all of their items is a common frustration and not knowing where to go deepens that frustration. Persona Our user is a young woman in her early 20’s. She is wanting to engage in a low waste lifestyle. To gather initial insights, I conducted five one-on-one structured user interviews via Zoom. Key Insight: Balancing people’s needs, expectations, commitments, and schedules are the biggest pain points when group traveling. Persona After analyzing the user insights, I defined a user persona. The target user, Jessica, has the problem that she feels overwhelmed and anxious when planning a trip with other people.
